Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Swift Stores Cornwall. We are committed to providing quality products and a great customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all purchases worldwide.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item was damaged during shipping
• The item is defective or faulty
• You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• No longer needed
• Found a better price elsewhere
• Ordered the wrong item or by mistake
• Dislike of the product after use

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

Cosmetics & Beauty Products

• Lipsticks, lip glosses, balms
• Foundations, concealers, BB/CC creams
• Eye makeup (mascaras, eyeliners, eye shadows)
• Blushers, bronzers, highlighters
• Makeup palettes and brush sets
• Nail polishes and nail care items

Personal Hygiene Products

• Razors and shaving items
• Toothbrushes (manual or electric) and oral care
• Feminine hygiene items (tampons, pads, cups)
• Incontinence care products
• Hair removal products (wax, cream, etc.)

Skincare & Haircare

• Moisturisers, serums, cleansers
• Sunscreen, tanning products
• Shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments
• Hair dyes and coloring products
• Styling products (gels, sprays, creams)

Intimate & Health Items

• Intimate washes and wipes
• Sexual wellness items
• Medical and personal care tools (thermometers, monitors)
• Eye drops and contact lens solutions

Other Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at checkout
• Items that have been used, opened, or have broken seals
• Items not in their original packaging

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, you must:

1. Contact us at 📧 swiftstorescornwall@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Include:
   • Your full name and order number
   • A detailed explanation of the issue
   • Clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide:

• Return authorization and instructions
• Return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Returns sent without prior written approval will be refused.

4. Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
• All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund
• Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition, with original packaging and labels intact

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of the refund decision
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is rejected (e.g., item not in acceptable condition), we will notify you and arrange to return the item to you at your cost.

6. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We monitor all return activity and reserve the right to refuse returns or block future orders from accounts that show:

• Repeated return requests without valid reason
• Use of false or misleading photos
• Claims of damage or loss without evidence
• Attempts to return used or non-returnable items

Any suspected fraudulent behavior may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and/or legal action.

7. Legal Rights & International Compliance

This policy is governed by international consumer protection standards. Your statutory rights are not affected. If required by law in your region, additional protections may apply.
